  • •  Areas of research interest at Ewha Womans University include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Synthesis and characterization of nano-materials for water & wastewater treatment applications 

    • Application of nano-materials in physical and chemical processes including membrane filtration, adsorption, and sonodegracation for water and wastewater treatment 

    • Determination of fate and transport of CECs during oxidation and by-products estrogenicity

    • Transport of nano-materials during water and wastewater treatment processes

    • Indirect/direct reuse of treated wastewater
