    중심 연구분야
    생태환경시스템연구실은 인간에 의한 기후 및 환경 변화에 의해 초래되는 생태계의 교란을 분석하고 기후 및 환경 문제에 대한 생태적 대안 제시를 위한 다양한 환경연구를 수행합니다.
     
    • 탄소순환 연구 – 생지화학적 연구방법으로 생태계/유역 차원의 탄소와 오염물질 동태를 분석
    • 기후변화 영향 및 완화 연구 – 생태계 탄소순환과 기후시스템의 상호작용을 연구하여 기후변화 완화를 위해 활용될 수 있는 생태적 방법론을 제시
    • 지속가능한 생태환경시스템 탐색 – 산성강하, 기후변화 등 환경 스트레스에 의한 시스템 붕괴 과정을 탐색하여 생태계 지속가능성의 과학적 원리를 파악
